Terms

Tembyr is in a closed beta. This is a working draft written for the people testing it, not the final version. It will be replaced before Tembyr opens to the public.

What the beta is

Tembyr is unfinished software that a small group has been invited to try. Features may change, break or be unavailable, and accounts and content created during the beta may be removed before Tembyr opens to the public. It is provided as it is, without any promise that it will work as you expect.

Using Tembyr

  • Be truthful about who you are and what you do. Do not pretend to be someone else.
  • Treat other members with respect. No harassment, spam, or content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for your account.

Tembyr staff may remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend an account that misuses the service.

What you post

What you post stays yours. By posting it you let Tembyr show it to the people the product shows it to, as described in our privacy page, until you delete it or your account.

Reporting and blocking

If a person, post or message breaks these Terms, report it from the menu beside it. Our team reviews every report and may remove the content or take the account off Tembyr. We tell you when we have reviewed your report, but not what we did, and we never tell the person you reported who reported them. Reporting in bad faith is itself a breach of these Terms.

You can also block anyone. Neither of you can then message the other or ask to connect, and they are not told. You can unblock people from Settings → Blocked.

Between you and other members

Tembyr introduces professionals and the people looking for them. Any agreement you reach with another member — to buy, sell, rent or hire — is between the two of you. Tembyr is not a party to it and does not handle payments between members.

Payments

Nothing is charged during the beta.

Feedback

We may use the feedback you give us to improve Tembyr, without owing you anything for it.

Changes and questions

These terms will change, and the final version will replace this one before a public launch. Write to support@tembyr.com with any questions.
